Yoga with the Body

Here, I'll guide you through practice three, Yoga with the Body. Please make yourself comfortable so you can listen carefully to a few questions. These questions are intended to guide your awareness as you begin to gently move your body with the breath.

You may like to find a bit of space where you can lie down comfortably on the ground. Maybe you use a yoga mat or a rug. Maybe you find a soft bit of grass outside.
